Summary
Organize, conduct &evaluate training & development programmes to enhance organizational and individual performance of operational personnel and commercial customers.
Responsibilities
- Design and Develop Safety & Emergency Procedure training programs in compliance with Industry standards, Organizational needs, and staff development needs
- Organizetraining logistics including preparation of learning material and venuearrangements
- Conducttraining needs assessment to Identify training and development needs
- Delivertraining programs in areas of Safety & Emergency and other relevant staffdevelopment courses in accordance with the approved syllabi/curriculum
- Prepare,administer, mark examinations, and communicate results
- Preparereports on all trainings conducted to enable continuous evaluation of training
- Issuecertificates to qualified participants
- Prepareand submit accurate and complete training records within the stipulated time
- Reviewtraining materials to reflect company standards, regulatory requirements andapplicable industry standards.”
- Maintaincompetency, qualification and where required certified in the subject matterrequired to deliver
- Act asinternal consultant in subject matter areas and support in driving organizationchange
- Participatein the development and sharing of annual training calendar in liaison withrelevant managers
- Create alearning culture by always engaging learners and their managers.
- Collectparticipants feedback on delivered learning solutions and ensure regularevolution training
- Monitorand evaluate implementation of the trainings to ensure effective transfer ofskills and identify further training needs to continuously improve performance(Level 3).
- Supportin the development, monitoring and implementation of e-learning in subjectmatter areas.
- Delivercommercial training programs to contribute to the achievement of revenuegeneration.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma
- Three (3) years of relevant experience aspurser.
- Excellent communication, interpersonaland presentation skills
