Musoni Kenya is one of the most innovative micro-finance institutions, having replaced cash with M-PESA for loan payments and repayments, tablets to replace paperwork for loan applications and processing, and using mobile phone data to create credit profiles for the unbanked. We always have interesting data analytic and process improvement projects in hand.
The Musoni Internship Program targets various areas of micro-finance operations including but not limited to Credit Management, Project Management, IT, Marketing and Communications, Product Development, Development initiatives and Finance. The Intern should expect these areas to cover research, process improvement, data analysis, proposal writing, fundraising and problem solving.
Every four months, Musoni Kenya takes on a new team of 3-4 interns to stay for 3 month’s period starting January, April, July, and September. This position is for five days a week and can work with you and your schedule if this position could be the right fit for you.
