Our client is seeking to recruit a highly skilled and self-motivated Front Office Executive for a High End Spa to perform various administrative and clerical tasks.

Location: Gigiri Nairobi

Industry: Hospitality

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Maintain consistent, regular attendance record
  2. Accurately book, change and cancel appointments.
  3. Acknowledge and greet everyone who enters and leaves the spa.
  4. Ensure that the check-in, check-out and payment process is handled in accordance with company policy
  5. Provide callers and guests with detailed descriptions of spa treatments, packages, services, and hours of operation.
  6. Familiarity with Booking Software
  7. Answer the phone promptly and use the guest’s name throughout the phone conversation; operate phone system accurately and efficiently.
  8. Maintain eye contact when addressing external and internal guests; develop professional and personalized relationship with regular guests.
  9. Handle guests’ questions and concerns promptly, professionally and courteously.
  10. Maintain complete confidentiality in all guest matters in accordance with company policy;
  11. Provide accurate, appropriate and immediate responses to all requests by guests, ensuring complete guest satisfaction.
  12. Maintain a clean; safe, fully stocked and well organized work area.
  13. Ensure adequate stock of supplies and equipment; inform management when stock is low.
  14. Must be able to work without constant direct supervision and remain at assigned post for extended periods of time.
  15. Regularly attend, participate in and support training and staff meetings for the spa.
  16. Ability to perform the duties of the Retail Consultant as needed.
  17. Communicate to management any and all occurrences involving staff or guests in the spa that require attention.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related field
  2. Should have 3 years’ experience as a front office executive
  3. Hospitality experience is an added advantage
  4. Preferably female
  5. Excellent communication skills
  6. Must be detail-oriented and have ability to multi-task.
  7. Ability to be efficient and productive in a fast-paced environment.
