Responsibilities
- Ensure that standards and safety regulations are observed
- Address and discuss issues and proposed solutions with superiors
- Maintain QA and QC function of the plant
- Document quality assurance activities and create audit reports
- Make recommendations for improvement
- Work as an assistant to MR
- Guide and train the team
- Create training materials and operating manuals
Requirements
- Graduate in science would be added advantage
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role. Experience in printing and packaging/Apparel or food industry is highly preferred
- knowledge in ISO 9001:2015, BRCGS or FSSC 22000, HIGG index required
- Working knowledge of tools, methods, and concepts of quality assurance
- Solid knowledge of relevant regulatory standards
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent data collection and analysis skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Relevant training and/or certifications as a Quality Assurance Specialist
